Exciting!
I camped out on the beach at Cape Canaveral and saw the actual takeoff of Apollo 11. Visually it was one of the high points of my life, and I never left the ground. I can just imagine what Armstrong must have felt!

I also remember that day - oh how old I am:( - perfectly - uff!at least! I was at school, first grade, teacher(a nun) invited us to watch something historical on TV. I had no idea ´till she told us everything. So she helped me seeing it.[Just like the story of the boy that had never seen the sea. One day, his father took him to the beach. When they arrived, starred at the water and the boy said: Dad, help me seeing it!(d´aprés Eduardo Galeano)]Loved it, I don´t know what elation means, though.
